Contact Me

I am available for:
  • Psycho-therapeutic sessions for California residents via videoconference for the current future due to the pandemic.
  • Mindfulness and trauma resiliency coaching (for outside California) via videoconference.
  • Speaking engagements
  • Mindfulness and trauma resiliency trainings
For therapy and coaching, my fee is $125 per hour, and I currently do not accept insurance. I will book a brief check-in before we decide to work together therapeutically. This discussion is about presenting issues, reasons for seeking therapy, and to see if we are a good fit for each other.

For costs for speaking and trainings, please inquire.

Please reach out if you have any questions, I look forward to hearing from you.

My approach to psychotherapy and coaching

I am an Associate Marriage Family Therapist (AMFT) in the State of California (license # 95582, supervised by Jennie Powe Runde, MFT and Sam Himelstein, PHD.). I pull from many different modalities including CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based interventions, narrative therapy, and am deeply influenced by both Hakomi and Somatic Experiencing techniques. My sessions can help with a variety of issues including:

  • Grief
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Addiction
  • Trauma

I also have over a decade's experience with adolescents and at-risk populations. I generally work with individuals, and occasionally take couples, along with premarital sessions.

I am also client-centered, which means that I believe you are the expert on yourself, and while I have specific training in psychology and healing,
I believe you have both information and wisdom that can greatly aid the therapeutic process.

I also recognize that empathy and compassion are the cornerstones to healing and I have a deep honor for your own therapeutic journey.

I am trained in a variety of different therapeutic approaches. I use many other techniques in my work; group process, Non-Violent Communication (NVC) techniques, psycho-education, journaling, as well as meditative practices. I believe in the strength of authenticity, connection, and belonging in all my work, be it trainings, group work, or individual therapeutic sessions.
