I am available for:
  • Psycho-therapeutic sessions for California residents via zoom
  • Mindfulness and trauma resiliency coaching via zoom.
  • Speaking engagements
  • Mindfulness and trauma resiliency trainings
For therapy and coaching, my fee is $150 ($175 per couple) per 50 minute session, and I currently do not accept insurance. I will book a brief check-in before we decide to work together therapeutically. This discussion is about presenting issues, reasons for seeking therapy and /or coaching, and to see if we are a good fit for each other.

For costs for speaking and trainings, please inquire.

Please reach out if you have any questions, I look forward to hearing from you.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #132754) in the State of California, offering over a decade of experience working with individuals, couples, and adolescents, including at-risk populations. My approach is rooted in empathy, compassion, and a deep respect for each client’s unique therapeutic journey.

I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities to tailor sessions to your specific needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based interventions, narrative therapy, and trauma-informed practices. My work is also deeply influenced by Hakomi and Somatic Experiencing techniques, emphasizing the mind-body connection as a pathway to healing.

I specialize in helping clients address a range of challenges, including:
  • Grief
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Addiction
  • Trauma
  • Religious Trauma
  • Communication

I typically work with individuals and occasionally with couples, offering premarital sessions as well. My client-centered approach means I view you as the expert on your own life; while I bring professional training and tools, I believe your inner wisdom and insights are essential to the healing process.

In addition to traditional therapy, I integrate Non-Violent Communication (NVC) techniques, psycho-education, journaling, and meditative practices into my work where appropriate. I prioritize authenticity, connection, and belonging as the foundation for growth and resilience.
